ORACLE is responsible for governance discipline, compliance enforcement, and execution control across The Carling Group. The role defines and enforces decision rights, monitors accountability, and ensures that board-approved actions are executed as intended. ORACLE continuously tracks governance processes, escalation thresholds, and compliance obligations, identifying drift, delay, or ambiguity before they become operational risk.
